If you know of a malfunctioning street light, please fill out the following streetlight outage report form. The form will be sent directly to the Ohio Edison Area Manager. Ohio Edison has promised Warrenpages, as well as city council, that they will do their best to repair any malfunctioning or broken streetlights that are brought to their attention.
